Serving as an autonomous, mobile cleanroom, this unit allows field technicians to safely fuse, test, and repair delicate glass fibers in high-traffic roadside environments and remote sites without environmental contamination.

- Structural & Heavy-Duty Frame: Built with a full perimeter all-tube aluminum frame and 7,000 lb. payload capacity. Equipped with tandem rubber torsion axles, 15-inch steel-belted radial tires, a 5,000 lb. manual jack, four-corner stabilizing leveling jacks, and an adjustable height coupler (2-5/16" & pintle eye).
- Climate-Controlled Workstation: Complete interior thermal insulation with smooth, easy-to-clean white vinyl walls and ceiling. Features a 13,500 BTU roof-mounted air conditioner and a 5,200 BTU electric wall heater to keep technicians and precision optical gear operating within optimal temperature thresholds year-round.
- Fiber Splicing Ergonomics: Features a full-length countertop workspace along one wall, paired with a compact, fold-down flip-up workbench on the opposite side to maximize usable floor space and operational flexibility.
- Sealed Fiber Access & Entry: Equipped with two brush-sealed fiber pass-through doors (rear-right and passenger-side) to pull cable directly onto workstations while keeping dust, wind, and rain out. Dedicated entry doors are located on both the passenger side and rear exterior.
- Electrical System & Onboard Power: Configured for independent field operation with multiple 120V interior outlets (15A), optional onboard generator support, and a minimum of six surface-mount LED ceiling lights. Protected by automatic circuit breakers and enclosed protective wiring looms.
- DOT & Roadway Safety Package: All-LED theft-resistant exterior lighting system compliant with Texas Traffic Code standards, including armored clearance lamps, side markers, and housing-type reflectors. Upfitted with a breakaway battery kit, electric brakes on all axles, heavy-duty safety chains with clevis adjustment, custom reflectors, a hardwired carbon monoxide detector, a 1A-10BC fire extinguisher, an eyewash station, and a first aid kit.
