Job #590: Custom Catering Trailer Pizza Oven Installation

We recently completed a comprehensive equipment integration and structural reinforcement project for Franklin's Backyard Bayou on their custom catering trailer, transforming it into a high-capacity mobile pizza operation.

• Pizza Oven Integration & Frame Reinforcement: Installed a commercial-grade pizza oven as the main unit upgrade. To safely support the heavy concentrated load, we designed and welded two additional steel structural beams directly into the trailer frame below the mounting site.
  
  
• Custom Gas Line Plumbing: Modified and re-routed the trailer’s propane lines to ensure proper fuel distribution, safety compliance, and optimal pressure delivery to the new oven.
  
  
• Refrigerated Prep Workstation: Removed a section of existing countertop space and installed a commercial refrigerated storage workstation, optimizing raw ingredient storage and food assembly workflow.
  
  
• Window Refurbishment & Hardware Reinforcement: Repaired structural wear by removing and replacing rotten wood framing around the windows surrounding the pizza oven, adding extra mounting supports to reinforce the window hardware for daily commercial operations.
