Clegg Industries, Inc. customized two cargo style trailers for the purpose of housing operational equipment for the US Army Corps Of Engineers' Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV's). The ROV's are used to conduct routine underwater inspections at navigation structures during and after construction. Fundamentally, an ROV provides maneuverable "eyes" underwater to allow operators and engineers to identify likely damage before it becomes chronic, to scope necessary repairs, and to assess the efficacy of these repairs.
