Clegg Industries designed, engineered and outfitted a 26’ long by 8.5’ wide bumper pull trailer to provide unique laboratory facilities supporting GAF Materials Corporation operations at various plant sites. This volume-constrained project included a drop ceiling and involved complex electrical requirements as well as precise air flow requirements to accommodate lab ovens and other lab equipment. The completed laboratory met all GAF specifications for performance and amenities. It was delivered on time and below cost.

- Square-D (Schneider) mini-power zone (MPZ) sub-station; primary main circuit breaker, sealed step-down transformer, secondary main circuit breaker, distribution panel board
- Custom designed Kewaunee Scientific steel casework
- Six foot Supreme Air General Purpose Bench Fume Hood
- Canopy hood with custom regulated air flow to remove lab oven generated heat
- OSHA compliant emergency shower and eyewash serviced through water tempering tank
- Two 3.5 ton Marvair HVAC wall pack units (460 VAC, 3-phase power) and insulated ducting
