Job #261: IBC ATM Van Upgrade

Upgrade added the following features:

• Two new ATMs installed, reduced in height to fit required space
• New actuator arm installed in the ATM area to automate the movement of ATMs in and out of position
• New actuator arm installed on the roof sign to automate it's movement up and down
